●XYB-250 high temperature and low bath ratio overflow dyeing machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly high temperature overflow dyeing machine with a high operating platform developed by our company based on many years of experience in dyeing machine design and production, combined with new technologies of dyeing machine development at home and abroad. Its minimum bath ratio can reach 1:4.5. This machine adopts the latest cloth-liquid separation technology, automatic dyeing liquid mixing and uniform injection technology, and double-swing cloth (front and back swing and left and right swing) cloth stacking system, which reduces the water consumption during dyeing and shortens the dyeing process time. It is an energy-saving, consumption-reducing and environmentally friendly high temperature overflow dyeing machine.

●High operating platform and high workbench

It is conducive to checking the cloth, and the operations such as feeding and unloading the cloth are convenient, reducing the labor intensity of unloading the cloth.

The special cloth-liquid separation technology makes the bath ratio up to 1:4.5,

The front and back and left and right double cloth swing systems make the cloth stacking more neat and orderly, and the cloth capacity of each tube can reach more than 300kg.

●Good cloth surface quality

Due to the low dyeing bath ratio, the amount of water carried by the fabric during operation is small, which reduces the running weight of the fabric, thereby reducing the tension and friction of the fabric, reducing the pilling and pilling of the fabric, and improving the surface effect of the fabric. The circular double-stage nozzle design is adopted, and the dye liquid in the cloth guide tube pushes and pulls the cloth forward and backward, so that the cloth runs smoothly without tension. And because the height of the cloth lifting wheel is reduced, the tensile tension generated during the cloth lifting process is further reduced, and the generation of creases is reduced.

Dyeing cotton consumes 50-60 tons of water per ton, which saves more than 50% of water compared with traditional dyeing machines, saves more than 40% of auxiliaries and steam, and greatly reduces the cost of sewage treatment.
