XYS-4DRY airflow softening finishing machine is based on the principle of aerodynamics and uses air as its motive force. It uses powerful airflow under high temperature and high pressure to suck the fabric into the Venturi tube in the form of a rope, where it is rubbed by the airflow and then ejected from the tube. The fabric expands during the decompression process and is then beaten to the release grid plate and falls into the chassis slide. It then slides gently to the front of the machine through the Teflon plate. After multiple cycles of processing, the fabric can acquire a unique style.

The air is used as the power to rub the fabric in the tube, and then it is beaten on the release fence to make the fabric full of fiber and unique in style. Compared with the conventional ring drying drum: high production capacity, low energy consumption, strong control, labor saving, (up to 30 tons//2 shifts) low labor intensity!

Machine use:

The airflow softening finishing machine is mainly suitable for drying and softening woven cotton and linen, as well as ring drying and polarizing finishing of chemical fiber plush products such as coral fleece, flannel, soothing fleece, velvet, super soft, PV fleece, arctic fleece, etc. After being processed by the machine, the fabric feels softer, and the appearance becomes fluffy and elastic, providing higher added value for customers' products.
