Equipment features:

●Three-layer, extra-wide conveyor belt, can run single or multiple fabrics at the same time with high efficiency.

●Infeed rack configuration: multiple sets of cylindrical knitted fabric opening support rings and multi-head spiral opening rollers.

●Electrical control: PLC programmable control, variable frequency speed regulation.

●The temperature of each drying room can be automatically controlled (circulating fan variable frequency control, optional according to user requirements).

●Automatic deviation correction, fault reporting. Correction is pneumatically controlled, stable and reliable to use.

●Radiator: high thermal efficiency, strong evaporation capacity.

●After pre-shrinkage and drying, the fabric can obtain an ideal residual shrinkage rate to keep its size stable and feel excellent.
